宿泊約款 | 楢乃庵 NARANOIORI

第1条（適用範囲）

本約款は、当施設と宿泊客との間で締結する宿泊契約および関連契約に適用します。

Article 1 (Scope) These Terms apply to accommodation contracts and related agreements between the guest and the property.

第2条（法令遵守）

当施設は旅館業法および奈良県条例を遵守し営業します。

Article 2 (Compliance with Laws) The property operates in compliance with the Ryokan Business Act and relevant local regulations of Nara Prefecture.

第3条（宿泊契約の成立）

宿泊契約は予約申込に対し当施設が承諾したときに成立します。

Article 3 (Formation of Contract) The accommodation contract is concluded when the property accepts the reservation request.

第4条（宿泊料金の支払い）

宿泊料金は予約時またはチェックイン時までにお支払いいただきます。

Article 4 (Payment) Accommodation charges must be paid at the time of reservation or by check-in.

第5条（チェックイン・チェックアウト）

チェックイン15:00以降、チェックアウト11:00までとします。

Article 5 (Check-in / Check-out) Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00.

第6条（宿泊拒否）

旅館業法第5条に基づき、法令違反、感染症、暴力団関係者、泥酔等迷惑行為の恐れがある場合は宿泊をお断りします。

Article 6 (Refusal of Accommodation) In accordance with Article 5 of the Ryokan Business Act, accommodation may be refused in cases of legal violation, infectious disease, association with organized crime, or behavior causing disturbance.

第7条（宿泊者名簿）

宿泊者全員の氏名・住所・連絡先の記載をお願いしています。外国籍の方は旅券提示および写し保存にご協力ください。

Article 7 (Guest Register) All guests are required to provide name, address, and contact details. Foreign nationals must present a passport for recording.

第8条（キャンセル料）

当日100%、前日50%、2日前30%。予約サイト経由の場合は各サイト規定を優先します。

Article 8 (Cancellation Policy) 100% on the day, 50% one day prior, 30% two days prior. OTA policies take precedence when applicable.

第9条（禁止事項）

室内禁煙、騒音・パーティー行為、定員超過、備品持ち出しを禁止します。

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts) Smoking indoors, excessive noise or parties, exceeding occupancy limits, and removal of property items are prohibited.

第10条（損害賠償）

宿泊客の故意または過失により損害が生じた場合、実費をご請求します。

Article 10 (Liability for Damages) Guests shall compensate for damages caused intentionally or negligently.

第11条（免責事項）

天災、停電、断水、通信障害等、当施設の責に帰さない事由による損害については責任を負いません。

Article 11 (Disclaimer) The property shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures.

第12条（管轄裁判所）

本約款は日本法に準拠し、奈良地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Nara District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

附則本約款は2026年3月1日より施行します。

Supplementary Provision: Effective from March 1, 2026.
